In Australia we have had unparalleled success with our customers, we have been fortunate enough to work with many of the big players in the market. We try to anticipate what they need, to enable us to deliver beyond their expectations.
The Australian market is a demanding market; with the majority of the world's entrepreneurs coming from Australia.
We have worked on a number of varying projects, from helping startups such as Mblue and iLaunch with the latest patented mobile phone technology, to major players such as Vodafone and Telstra.
The main industries targeted have been the insurance sector, working on cutting edge developments for GIO, AMP and General Cologne Re.
Working with the customer's ideas
We like to work with the customer, helping their ideas to evolve into the final solution. One such project involved prototyping an underwriters calculator for assessing the value of risk to new customers ReBoxTM.
The customer had some very specific ideas, which were leading edge in technology and design. The ideas had all been advised against by the large consultancies Price WaterHouse Coopers and Accenture.
However, through our prototyping we showed that the customer's ideas could work and in an effective manner. This was possible through our on shore team gathering the clients business requirements and interfacing to our technical team off shore.
How to outsource
Unlike the larger consultancies we are a software development company. We believe that to develop a product for a client you first need to understand they want to achieve and that it may require a change control process to see it to fruition.
